There are three ways to acquire a commercial multi-functional printer (MFP). Buy, Lease or Rent. Renting is typically a short-term option, so the main options are either to lease or buy.
Spread the cost of buying your new equipment by leasing. Our leases are cost-effective and enable you to claim back 100% of rentals + VAT in each year.
If you lease the equipment over 5 years for example, we would provide you with a 5-year service plan to ensure it is well looked after for the duration, and in the unlikely event it failed, we would replace it with the same or a better device.

The benefits of leasing
Reduce upfront costs (CAPEX) by spreading payments over a period of your choice. We recommend a term of 3 or 5 years. Rental payments are fixed for the duration of the lease.
A finance lease is treated as a fixed asset on your balance sheet. This means leasing is far more tax efficient than owned assets since you are able to offset rentals against taxable profits.
Any leased item which breaks or becomes faulty during its lease period is replaced free of charge. Please note, this excludes items which have suffered excessive damage or where the internal machinery has been purposefully comprimised.
KJL leased devices come with a Service Contract as standard. While the device is being leased we will maintain the device free of charge. Please note, when the lease ends you will need to purchase support.
