RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you receive an item that is delivered and is not as described – for instance, if it is not the correct model or you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund (minus shipping charges). Please note that to qualify for a full refund, items must be returned to us unopened and unused within 30 days of delivery.
If the item you receive is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately on 01268 857118 and we will send out an engineer to inspect the item and perform a fix if required. We value our customers and strive to aim for perfection across our product range.
If you need to return an item, please submit an RMA request using the Contact Form below.
Once this request has been submitted we will get in touch and provide more details, including providing you with an RMA number. Returns MUST be shipped to the address you will be provided and include your RMA number. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Please note that items returned incomplete or not in “like new” condition (including packaging) will be subject to return to the customer or a £45 per item refurbishing fee at our discretion.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
On-site installations are carried out by trained technicians and will confirm that the client is happy before leaving the site. If you have any complaints, requests that were not met or the machine was not setup properly, please fill out our complaints form here.
You may cancel your order any time before 14:00 on the day you placed the order and receive a full refund. If you order has already been shipped but not received then your order can be cancelled and a refund (minus shipping charges) will be processed (as per our returns and refund policy).
If your order has been delivered you will need to submit an RMA request and follow our returns procedure.
